After a client has contacted to assist with a project, we like to visit their premises to be able to calculate an accurate quote and to offer any advice if needed on for example the types of pavers, drainage etc.
The process we use on site to quote is:
1. Evaluate the area to be paved/grassed. We may need to remove and dump material like concrete or other building rubble.
2. Measure the area to pave.
3. Decide with the customer what pavers/type of grass they want.
4. Check what else needs to included in the quote eg. Drainage, retaining wall, plastering etc.
5. We then complete my quote and submit it to the client.
We can and do also quote on information provided, if the client can give us all necessary information such as: area in square metres, current surface material, slope, type of paver required etc.). However, most clients prefer us to do a site visit.
